$35 Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can continue providing the highest quality care to all our clients, Moon Stone Massage requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you change your appointment within the 24-hour window, or in the event of a no-show, a non-refundable $35 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Please note that all payments made at the time of booking are final and non-refundable. We value your time and ask that you arrive promptly; late arrivals will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent sessions, and the full service price will remain applicable. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a professional and consistent schedule for everyone.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation, payment, and service policies. Appointment reservations are required. A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments, packages, memberships, or spa experiences.

Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medications, or health concerns prior to treatment. Moon Stone Massage reserves the right to refuse service when treatment may not be appropriate or safe.

Results from massage therapy, body contouring, lymphatic treatments, detox services, cryotherapy, infrared therapies, and wellness treatments may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Moon Stone Massage maintains a professional therapeutic environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

Gift cards, memberships, prepaid sessions, promotional offers, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and wellness guidelines.
